Buddy Team

Walk alongside a King or Queen for the entire evening, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and celebrated. Buddies help guests enjoy every part of the event with joy and confidence.

Red Carpet Team

Create an unforgettable entrance by cheering, clapping, taking pictures, and welcoming guests as they walk the red carpet. Your energy helps set the tone for an incredible night!

Food Service Team

Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to our Kings, Queens, volunteers and caregivers in the respite room. Keep stations stocked, clean, and welcoming.

Sensory Room

Help create a calm, comforting space for guests who need a break from the noise or activity. Volunteers offer gentle support, provide simple sensory tools, and ensure guests feel safe and relaxed before returning to the event.

Glam Room (Hair and Make Up)

Provide simple touch-ups and styling to help guests feel their best. No professional experience required—just a warm smile and gentle care.

Respite Room

Serve in the caregiver lounge by offering refreshments, conversation, and a peaceful environment for parents and guardians to relax.

Registration Team

Assist with signing in guests, volunteers, and caregivers. Make the process smooth, friendly, and organized.

Dance Floor Monitor

Encourage guests to dance, celebrate, and feel included while keeping the area safe.

Decor Team

Assist with creating a beautiful and lovely environment for our honored guest.

Care Team

Provide a caring area for parents/caregivvers to inquire about their loved ones during the night. Aslo, ensure parents/caregivers are given clear instructions so they feel heard and know exactly what is happening.

Floater Team

Float throughout the main event space, and assist where help is needed.

Floral team

Assist honored guests with placement of flowers as needed. Smile and make the guests feel special.

Game Team

Ensure our honored guests enjoy the games and have fun. All while having a smile on their face.

Karaoke Team

Manage the flow of the karaoke room. Keep the energy high! Get ready to sing! It's a blast!

Limo Team

Ensure our honored guests are in line and guided to the correct limo safely.

Medical Team

Assist uniformed professional EMT personnel at the event. You will provide basic first aid care.

Personal Valet

You will welcome each guest and guide them to the Glam room to get ready for hair and make up, or shoe shine.

Photobooth Team

Assist professional photographers with setting up or other tasks as needed by each photographer.

Set up Crew Team

Set up Night to Shine areas as needed. Will be asked to help with signage, chairs, tables, etc.

Tear Down Team

After the night is done, we will need help tearing down all the awesome decor! You will helop clean up sections of the night.

Traffic Control Team

Ensure that traffic is safely guided in the right direction. Guide all guests, parents/caregivers, and volunteers to the correct parking lots.
